Bread from the Earth: A Matzah Baking Workshop

Bake kosher for Passover matzah in a traditional wood-burning oven with stone-ground organic flour. Study ancient Jewish teachings to restore matzah traditions anew. $5. fee for emmer or einkorn flour. Emmer was used in the original matzah. Einkorn is safe for most gluten sensitivities.
