Time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Hours: Every Thursday 8-8:55am

Lecha Dumiyah Tehilla ("To You Silence Is Praise" - Psalms) Led by Rabbis Nancy Flam and Sheila Peltz Weinberg, this non-instructional, drop-in silent meditation group meets every Thursday morning. Arrive anytime from 8- 8:15am, after which one of the rabbis gives a ten-minute inspirational talk related both to the parasha (weekly Torah reading) and to sitting quietly in prayer or meditation. Follow by sitting for half an hour in silence, engaging in prayer or meditation. A wonderful way to make silent, communal Jewish time to help ourselves hear the "still, small voice" within. All welcome.
